Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Move Next Air Park.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Move Next Air Park website and making a booking through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or make a booking.

2. About Move Next Air Park

Move Next Air Park is an online airport parking comparison and booking platform. We work with carefully selected independent parking providers throughout the United Kingdom to help customers compare parking services and reserve airport parking online.

Move Next Air Park acts as the booking platform and booking agent. Parking services are provided directly by the individual parking operator selected by the customer.

3. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after:

  • Full payment has been successfully processed.
  • A booking confirmation email has been sent.
  • You receive a unique booking reference.

Please check all booking details carefully after receiving your confirmation. Any mistakes should be reported immediately.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on Move Next Air Park are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may include:

  • Parking charges
  • Transaction fees
  • Booking administration charges
  • Applicable VAT (where required)

Prices are subject to change until a booking has been completed and payment has been received.

5. Transaction & Platform Fee

Move Next Air Park may charge a transaction or platform fee in addition to the parking provider's advertised parking price.

This fee contributes towards:

  • Secure payment processing
  • Booking management
  • Customer support
  • Platform maintenance
  • Software development
  • Administration costs

The Move Next Air Park transaction/platform fee is strictly non-refundable once a booking has been successfully completed.

This applies even where:

  • The booking is cancelled.
  • The booking is amended.
  • The customer does not travel.
  • The customer returns early.
  • The parking provider issues a refund for the parking charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate, including:

  • Vehicle registration
  • Airport selection
  • Drop-off date and time
  • Pickup date and time
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Move Next Air Park cannot accept responsibility for additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided during booking.

7. Parking Provider Terms

Each parking provider operates under its own terms and operating procedures.

Customers must follow all arrival instructions, vehicle requirements, collection procedures and operating rules issued by the selected parking provider.

8. Amendments

Amendments are subject to:

  • Provider approval
  • Availability
  • Any additional charges

Some bookings may not be amendable depending on the provider's conditions.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation policies differ between parking providers.

Where cancellation is permitted, refunds will only relate to the parking charge according to the provider's cancellation policy.

The Move Next Air Park transaction/platform fee is never refundable.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are assessed according to the parking provider's own refund policy.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Unused parking days
  • Early returns
  • Late arrivals
  • Missed flights
  • No-shows
  • Transaction/platform fees

11. Payment Security

All online payments are processed securely using Stripe.

Move Next Air Park does not store customers' payment card details. Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Move Next Air Park acts solely as a booking platform connecting customers with airport parking providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Vehicle theft
  • Personal belongings left inside vehicles
  • Provider operational delays
  • Missed flights
  • Traffic conditions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Any claims relating to parking services should initially be directed to the parking provider.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Move Next Air Park website, including logos, branding, graphics, software and written material, remains the property of Move Next Air Park unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

15. Website Availability

Whilst we aim to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to suspend or modify the website for maintenance, upgrades or operational reasons.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
